This outdoor living space was built with pressure treated substructure protected with Grace Vycor Deck Protector. The decking is Azek Arbor collection in Brazilian Walnut, fastened with HIDfast hidden deck fasteners. The Cortex hidden fastening system was used for both the stairs and perimeter fascia. TimberTech LED lighting, aluminum and glass railing. The pavilion is built with Western Red Cedar and protected with CUTEK Extreme mixed with Rustic Gold Colourtone.

This "Urban Beach" backyard project was built using Azek Harvest Collection decking (Slate Gray), secured with HIDfast and Cortex hidden fastening system. Custom stainless steel and glass railing. Stainless steel HighPoint low voltage LED stair riser lights. The bar, privacy screens, and the fence was constructed using Western Red Cedar and protected with CUTEK Extreme wood stabilizer. The bar also features a custom stainless steel serving shelf and remote control shutter.

Top Notch Decks
This deck was built using helical piles as foundation. The pressure treated framing was protected with Gtape flashing to increase its longevity. We used Azek Harvest PVC decking in Brownstone colour for the field boards and Azek Harvest Kona for the picture-frame border. HidFast stainless steel cleats were used for hidden fasteners as well as Cortex screws and plugs for the border. Vertical skirt boards and a horizontal fascia were added to the outside of the deck to close off the underside of the deck. The louvered privacy screens were built out of western red cedar and were finished using Cutek Extreme oil.
Top Notch Decks
This multi-level, low-maintenance deck was built on a helical pile foundation. The decking that was used is Azek Harvest in Slate Gray colour. Fasteners used to secure the decking are HIDFast stainless steel cleats and Cortex stainless steel screws and plugs. The white aluminum railing plays into the low-maintenance aspects of this deck, where the odd pressure wash is all that is needed to keep this deck looking the same way for years and years to come. In-lite low voltage lighting was used to illuminate high-traffic areas and create an aesthetic ambience in the evenings.
